💰 SALARY GUIDELINES
Part-Time Staff
₹3,500 – ₹12,000+
Full-Time Staff
₹10,000 – ₹15,000+
Live-In Staff
₹15,000 – ₹30,000+
🔄 ORP – ONE REPLACEMENT PLAN
If a successfully deployed candidate leaves voluntarily or is discontinued within one year, Housing Buddy India will provide ONE successful replacement under the same requirement.

- Salary Paid Directly By Client To Candidate.
- Travel Charges Extra (If Required).
- Police / Background Verification Charges Extra (If Required).
- Candidate Selection Based On Skills, Experience, Availability & Suitability.
- Suitable Rest Time, Washroom Access & Safe Working Environment Must Be Provided.
- Clients must share job role, location, duty hours, shift timing, weekly off, benefits and special requirements during first communication.
- Duty hours should be between 2 hours and 10 hours within the deployment window of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
